Group Therapy
Our current therapy group is for Women diagnosed with ADHD later in life.
This in-person open group meets once a month and has rolling admission.
This group is designed to help individuals process their diagnosis at any stage of where they are in the process while also building a community with other similar women, in an open, non-judgmental, safe, and comfortable environment.
We help group members challenge their perceptions of themselves and the world around them and develop skills and strategies for facing challenges in their lives.
